My work is grounded in the Health Creation approach, a medically-informed and holistic framework that helps people move from passively managing symptoms to actively creating the conditions for greater health, energy and fulfilment in their lives.
Rather than focusing only on problems or diagnoses, we look at the wider picture of your life — how your habits, environment, relationships, beliefs and responsibilities shape the energy you have available for living, working and caring for others.
When these areas begin to realign, vitality, clarity and confidence naturally start to return.
We explore the patterns that may be contributing to fatigue, overwhelm or disconnection, while also identifying the strengths and resources already present in your life. From there, we develop thoughtful and sustainable changes that help restore steadiness, direction and a deeper sense of self-trust.
Our work may include:

Alongside the Health Creation framework, my work is also embodied. Drawing on yoga, meditation and breath-work, we gently bring awareness back into the body — where many important signals about stress, needs and wellbeing already exist.
This work is evidence-informed and deeply human, combining modern understanding of health with the steady wisdom of yogic philosophy. We move at a pace that respects your life, making thoughtful adjustments along the way so that the changes you make can truly last.

Alongside my coaching work, I offer in-person yoga classes, workshops, events and one-to-one sessions that create space to slow down and return to yourself. These sessions are calm, attentive and thoughtfully guided. They offer a pause from the pace and demands of everyday life, allowing you to move, breathe and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your body.
My teaching style is slow-paced and intentional, creating the conditions for you to:
release accumulated tension and stress
rebuild strength and mobility with care
support the nervous system in returning to balance
feel more at home in your bodyIn these spaces, the body becomes part of the conversation.
Rather than striving or performing, the practice invites you to listen more closely to what your body is communicating.
This is not performance-driven yoga. It is a gentle return to presence, clarity and a sense of embodied confidence.

Hi! I’m Sarah. I am a Health Creation coach and mentor and a yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in classes, trainings and retreats.
My work supports women and professionals who carry significant responsibility and want to live and lead with more clarity and steadiness.
I combine evidence-informed understanding of stress and health with the practical wisdom of yogic philosophy. We look at the whole of life — not only habits, but environment, relationships, boundaries, rest and meaning.
I was born in the Dominican Republic and now live in the UK. My approach is shaped by both cultures: warmth and humanity alongside thoughtful structure and careful listening.
