The Buck Moon is full tonight.

I want to ask you something simple — and I'd love you to actually pause before you answer it:

What depleted you most this month? And what genuinely restored you?

Not what you think should have restored you. What actually did.

I've been sitting with this myself all summer. Frankly, it feels like a constant exploration in this attention-sucking world.

Some of what restored me this July surprised me. It wasn't the things I planned. It was a lot simpler than that: a smile from my nephew, a yoga class just for me, an honest conversation. A morning where I noticed my body was struggling and, instead of pushing, I changed the plan. The relief of that was disproportionate to the act.

This is the quiet work of the restorative summer. Not an overhaul. A reorientation.

Lammas falls on Saturday — the first harvest. In the old traditions, this was the time to ask not what you intended to grow, but what actually grew. What the season produced, rather than what the plan said it would.

I'd love to know what's growing for you. Hit reply and tell me one thing.

One last thing

If you've been reading along this month and something moved within you; if you've recognised yourself in the body that varies day to day, the tiredness that doesn't resolve, I’d love to learn more about you.

I'm working with a small number of women this summer in 1:1 coaching. Not a programme with a fixed agenda. A space to figure out what your body and energy actually need, and build from there.

If that's you: reply with "I'm ready" and we'll find a time to talk.

See you in August 🌾
